Well, you might have been tricked. So, my master is fine, model has some problem. Since the model database is not recovered successfully, SQL Server cannot create the tempdb database, and the instance of SQL Server does not start understandably. After starting with trace flag , I verified the same from Errorlog as well. Recovering only master database because traceflag was specified.

Hello Satish, From what i have seen till now with DB mirroring, we need to restore the secondary DB with no-recovery and this usually keeps the DB in restoring state.
